In most of our service area we arrive within 15 to 30 minutes. We'll give you an exact ETA when you call so you're never left guessing.
Do you charge a service call fee? +
No. We do not charge a trip fee or service call fee. You only pay for the work done, quoted upfront before we start.
Are you available at night and on weekends? +
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays. Emergencies don't keep business hours and neither do we.
Can you make a car key without the original? +
Yes. Using your VIN number and proof of ownership we can cut and program a new key for your vehicle on site — no need to tow to the dealership.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied.
Are you licensed and insured? +
Yes. We are fully licensed in the state of North Carolina and carry liability insurance. We'll be happy to show credentials on arrival.
